“His Name and His Ring”. For me, it’s never about the money. I’ll be happy if I break even. It’s about the message. Amazon sells the ebook version for only 3.99. And believe me, for that price you can’t go wrong. The treasures of the vision of the Bride will enrich your Christian life far beyond that 3.99. I have had to begin a sequel because God keeps showing me more. I believe it will actually end up being a trilogy.

I wrote a book and self published back in 2011. I had no money but I crossed paths with a guy who was starting a publishing company and he agreed to publish it and I paid him as the books sold. He actually got paid more than I just paid for this book! However, he never got my book on Amazon or anything. And it was only paperback. He soon went out of business. Getting more copies became difficult and I decided to wait.

And I did wait. We live busy lives with much to choose from everyday. Finally all my kids were raised, I eventually took early retirement and here we are, my first properly published book. I cannot thank my publisher enough, Robin, of “Fideli Publishing”. I consider her a treasure and a real answer to prayer.

So… I now have a published book. Wow! Now what? LOL.

Yes, that is the question, isn’t it. Fortunately for me, it’s about the message, not the money. I’m starting this blog in hopes of making at least a small amount of people aware of the book and the message. I love blogging anyway. I had a site years ago. It feels good to be back.

The big step I have not taken yet, I plan to visit churches and give a copy of the book to pastors wherever God leads me. I’ve already done this once. I never heard anything back from him. But I trust God in this process. I need to order more books before I really go heavy into this plan. God will lead, and He will provide. My Lord, my Husband loves me greatly and if this is His will, it will happen. I can remain at rest, for he gives His Beloved sleep. (Psalms 127:2) Check it out.

Are you a writer trying to publish? Or still working on your manuscript? Obviously, I self-published. You got to have a big platform of some sort if you hope to be picked up by a publisher. Maybe someday. Dreaming big.

This article is about writing, but if you have an interest about any of the other subjects, feel free to comment on other things. Looking forward to meeting people of common interest, people of the same tribe, so to speak. Anxious to get “out there” and say hello. This will be fun.

One more note, that earlier book I published was about an old man who takes on the government because they have turned the Gospel into hate speech and a violation of the law. I originally published it in 2011. I set the year for the story in 2025! All these years later, we are about to enter 2025 and I look around at all the potential chaos and shake my head. There has always been a touch of the prophetic in my life and it tends to show up in my writings. But when I pointed this out to my wife, we both had to wonder what we are in for this coming year?

I’m currently editing the book to make it even better, but for some reason it is not the book currently available. I hope it will be again, someday. Until then, God has opened the door for “His Name and His Ring”, for this time. I trust His purposes. Amen.
