Ishmael and the Temple > Episode #1 > Is Donald Trump “the one”? The one what? The one to open the door for the Temple on the Temple Mount to be rebuilt? Solomon’s Temple. The sacred Jewish Temple the Jews have wept for for how long now? The Temple prophesied in Daniel 9 and Revelation 11 in which the antichrist sets up his desecration. The Temple prophesied thousands of years ago it would be rebuilt, but Ishmael has managed to prevent!
I can’t get the image of President Trump in the dark trench coat out of my mind. The Matrix vibe I get from that, asking the question, “Could he be the one?” And the words stating, On a mission from God. And no one can stop what is coming. And then like two days later, the two half brothers, Isaac and Ishmael begin fighting on a scale we have not seen. The fight still rages on even as I write these words.
We cannot understand today’s events and the future coming without going all the way back to Abraham, thousands of years ago. You could say Abraham had his Adam and Eve moment. It set into motion all we see today! Surely, Abraham weeps in heaven as he sees his two sons killing each other. Surely, he regrets following Sarah’s lead, like Adam followed Eve, and giving into her request to have a child through her handmaiden, Hagar, who was an Egyptian. (Gen. 16)
I know Sarah had given up on having a child. I know in earthly terms it had become impossible. But did Abraham realize what God had promised him? Did he realize God said his seed would become nations? Sometimes we do not realize the magnitude of a word we may have received from God and how we might become dangerous, if we do the wrong thing. Consider this word from God to Abraham. >
“The Lord had said to Abram, ‘Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you. I will make you into a great nation.’” (Gen. 12:1-2a)
And a little later, in Genesis 13:16 > “And I will give you so many descendants (seed) that, like the dust of the earth, they cannot be counted!”
When I consider these promises to Abraham, I realize the power in his seed! When he gave into Sarah’s request and went in to Hagar, look out world! A nation is about to be born! That potential was there, and it happened! The child born, Ishmael, of an Egyptian servant, became the beginning of the Muslim people we know today.
So, when Sarah finally got pregnant and gave birth to Isaac, as God had promised, we now had two sons of Abraham of which God decided both would become nations. However, the “inheritance” God had planned for the “promised child”, would still go to the promised child, which was Isaac. This set up a very awkward family paradigm. If Abraham had not had such a mighty promise from God, perhaps it would not have been such a big deal, but he did have a special blessing and covenant with God. He and Sarah set into motion a power struggle that continues to this day! Thousands of years later. Wow.
Ishmael was something like ten years older than Isaac. It sounds like he may have been jealous of his little brother. Sounds like he liked to pick on him. And when Sarah caught sight of this, one too many times, she put her foot down! And God told Abraham to do as she said.
“When Isaac grew up and was about to be weaned, Abraham prepared a huge feast to celebrate the occasion, But Sarah saw Ishmael — the son of Abraham and her Egyptian servant Hagar — making fun of her son, Isaac. So she turned to Abraham and demanded, ‘Get rid of that slave woman and her son. He is not going to share the inheritance with my son, Isaac. I won’t have it!” (Gen. 21:8-10)
With tears and a broken heart, Abraham obeys his wife again, but this time with God’s blessing. It looks like Hagar and her son are going to die in the desert, when God intervenes. Hagar had been told when she was pregnant >
“This son of yours will be a wild man, as untamed as a wild donkey! He will raise his fist against everyone, and everyone will be against him. Yes, he will live in open hostility against all his relatives.” (Gen. 16:11-12 NLT)
Now, with all this in mind, Ishmael, the descendants of, have managed to keep the descendants of Isaac, being Israel, dislodged from their rightful promise from God! This is not good! It is not good for the earth. And it’s not good for any of us. Because it keeps the earth in a constant state of rebellion against the written and established will of God.
My personal opinion is, if mankind had decided to give back to Israel every inch of ground and every right God had granted them way back in Genesis, this whole earth would have been blessed by that act of recognizing the written word and will of God. And we would have a much different place. But we have not. And Ishmael still wants to wipe out his half-brother from the river to the sea, land God gave to Isaac! Not Ishmael.
Muslim people have not been shy about this. They have said it plainly, over and over again, but I guess a lot of people do not take them at their word. So…you put nuclear bombs in the hands of people who want to wipe Israel out from the river to the sea, and what do you think will happen? If it happens, do we then say, “Oh my, I guess they really meant what they said. Too bad for all of Israel. Isaac is gone and we will coexist with Ishmael.” Really? Good luck with that.
So…After horrendous persecution from Hitler, Israel is granted access to what, in God’s eyes, is hers already. But she is not given the entirety of her inheritance. AND…Ishmael still controls the Temple Mount! Like the most sacred ground to Israel! And the apple of God’s eye too! Jesus will literally land on the Mount of Olives when he returns, facing the Temple Mount!
My encouraging thought in all of this is, we may not know the exact path in which we will get there, but we do know the eventual destination. We may feel lost on our path right now, but we will end up with Israel rebuilding the Temple and restarting their sacrifices. The antichrist will eventually march into the Holy of Holies and declare himself god. There is much to be considered in all this.
Is Trump the one? On a mission from God? Credit is given him already for recognizing Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel. He already has that feather in his cap, that trophy on his wall. Why are the Muslim allowed to control the Temple Mount and deny Israel, the rightful owners, the right to rebuild their Temple? Yes, I know the Dome of the Rock is there, and it is one of their most sacred sites, but so is Solomon’s Temple to Israel, and it is their land!
Every time Israel starts to do a little too much with what’s left of that Temple, they are attacked! Stopped in some way. It is said the terrorist attack that started this last war in Gaza was actually because Israel finally had the red heifers they need to restart their ceremonies. There was a little too much talk and too much movement in that direction, and so a horrible attack came, which has now led to where we are at this very time.
So…we may not see any method to the current madness, but God is able to turn what man means for evil, into good. Ishmael should not have control of the Temple Mount. In God’s eyes he is trespassing. This will keep this planet in a state of turmoil until we recognize what is true. And even then, Satan will still be manipulating to take peace from the earth.
Abraham has two nations that are direct descendants of his physical seed. They are half-brothers, but only Isaac is of the Promise. And then there are the followers of Christ who have become children of Abraham by way of a spiritual seed. The earthly Temple Mount will one day be no more, and only those of the spiritual seed will know the Temple Mount in heaven.
So…no matter how confusing and chaotic things may get, my Pilot has guaranteed me that I will reach my destination of the heavenly Temple Mount, right on time. I can REST in that. As we continue watching incredible events unfold, just know God still sets on the Throne of thrones, and our Shepherd has promised we already possess that heavenly Kingdom and will see it with our eyes at our appointed time! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
A great reset is coming. Do not be surprised. But the King of kings will come also, and set everything straight. L7D!
