If you’re bored with life, disappointed, disillusioned, and stuck in a rut, you might need a new vision. If there is no fire in your belly and drive in your tank, you might need a new vision. If life seems meaningless and you lack purpose and fulfillment, you definitely need a new vision. But how does that come? And how do we find the right one for us?

When Jesus was faced with a multitude of hungry people, men, women, and children; he told the disciples to look around and see what we have? See what we have? The disciples suggested the answer might be to go out and buy, but it was too big a crowd. The answer was not what they could leave the camp and go out and buy, but it was what was already in the camp, no matter how feeble that may look!

What do you have? What’s already in your camp? It can become the vision. It can become the feeble seeds from which mighty oaks grow! Would you like to grow a mighty oak that birds can rest in, and give shade in the heat? That is a vision!

So…we won’t dwell on his because we’ve all heard it many times. But just to remind, What are the gifts, talents, passions, likes, dislikes, that God put in you? Now consider all that, and then look around at what doors are open to you, or possibly able to “be opened” to you. Now add to that the voice of God. What is God saying specifically to you? If you have not learned the voice of God, then start there. Seek Him until you do, because there is no greater vision than one given specifically to YOU by GOD.

The Bible is given for all to read. The Bible is God speaking to EVERYONE, and the chance for us to begin learning His voice. But the Bible is not enough. Yes, I’m saying that. The Bible is not enough! God wants to speak to us personally. He wants to speak to His child and Bride personally. We are expected to know His voice. And if we don’t?

“Where there is no revelation (vision), the people cast off restraint; (and begin to die): But happy is he who keeps (God’s) law.” (Proverbs 29:18)

We see so much of this growing in today’s culture. A great restlessness and lack of peace. When it reaches the point of casting off restraints, bad things happen! Violence! Hate! Emotions! Lack of self-control! As people made in the image of God, we are designed to work in a certain way. One of those ways is we need a personal vision from God. Without a vision, or even the WRONG vision, we begin to wilt and perish in many many ways. And people die. Like the two National Guardsmen. They have become the latest victims of our lack of a good vision. They may have had a good vision, but someone else did not.

Charlie Kirk, the young woman on the subway, how many will it take before we admit how much we need more of God and HIS vision, not our own. An evil vision is taking us to a very bad place. Our lack of God is taking us to a very violent place. And who are the ones who are the most lawless and violent time and time again? Is it not the ones who constantly claim to be the tolerant ones, and constantly accuse us of not being tolerant? How can this be? What kind of insanity possesses these people? For that is exactly what it is! A demonic inspired insanity! We are in a spiritual warfare and too many are ill equipped to face it. There’s a vision for you. What do I mean?

Look to the ancient ways, God says, the old ways. You love a Harry Potter movie as he pours over ancient scriptures seeking understanding of supernatural mysteries, powers of the supernatural? Then seek God! Read His ancient and supernatural manuscripts! Just because the words are on new paper, does not mean they are not very very very old! The One who created the invisible knows more about its mysteries than any other! And He only speaks truth! He does not speak smoke, mirrors, illusions, and lies. Such a vision as this, could then lead you to the “calling” God has gifted you for.

You might need a new vision. If you are sick, tired, angry, frustrated, addicted, in chains, out of control, lacking, envious, fearful and lustful, you need a new vision. God offers perfect peace. Yeah, I know, that sounds impossible. And it will not happen without some good teachers and submission to training on our part. But that becomes part of the vision! To Kung Fu my Bible! Not just be a wimpy Christian with very little self-control, discipline, and power.

God is not a respecter of persons. He designed all these things to work a certain way. It does not matter who you are or what you have done in the past. If you’re ready to admit He is God and you are not, and repent, change. Take on a new Master and new vision. If your willing to be “teachable” and learn the mysteries of what God hath created. Then He will reward you with these things just like He has everyone else who has learned of His ways. We are the people of “The Way”.

Start your journey towards God today. Do not wait! Take on a God-given vision right now. Enter by Way of God’s gate, Jesus Christ, the baby in the manger sent to save us all. Study God’s Book written for us all, and learn to hear God’s voice spoken just to YOU. He really is LOVE. He is JUSTICE, MERCY, and LOVE. He has a path specifically for YOU. What has God hidden for you to find? I can tell you it is something awesome! But you will never know if you do not believe. And that believing must be strong enough that it actually changes the things we choose to do.

Real faith is like that. Fake faith is not. If I really believe a chair will hold me, I will sit in it and rest. If I believe it will break and I will crash to the ground, I do not sit in it. What I really believe affects my actions. Study your own daily actions. What do they reveal about what you really believe? Honesty with yourself is a great place to begin. I pray God bless your supernatural journey to the heart of God! Be full of vision, hope, and power! Rejoice in the Lord all ye people, for great is His promises to us!
